Cool Water Direct are members of the European Drinking Water Cooler Association (EDWCA). The EDWCA work with Government agencies and regulatory bodies whose regulations and standards affect the industry, as well as promoting ethical, professional and legal best practice amongst its members.

All of our water coolers are Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS/NSF) approved. This means that all materials and fittings have been tested to comply with the necessary water regulations.

Quick and easy installation

Our engineers connect your water cooler to the mains using modern high density polypropylene piping. This allows for a quicker and more flexible installation than old fashioned copper piping, as well as being more cost efficient. All of our engineers are EDWCA approved and our service is available throughout the UK.
