Service and sanitisation

Cool Water Direct provide a 6 monthly sanitisation service. A qualified maintenance engineer will visit your premises to clean and sterilise your water cooler, replace the filter and carry out a full test to ensure you are enjoying the highest quality cool water.

Faults and problems are dealt with promptly, and calls are always answered by an engineer (not a call centre).

Delivery

Fitting of your water cooler is carried out at the cost of Cool Water Direct. We aim to deliver single units within 10 working days of a confirmed order. Often we can deliver quicker than this. A free site survey is offered prior to installation to confirm cooler positioning. In many cases your cooler can be installed at the same time.
